Group Mat Pilates Sessions

All of our mat sessions are for mixed age and abilities.

Our approach is to prevent, we focus on the full body approach to strengthen and rebalance muscles which may cause tightness or back issues

We incorporate into our programmes Pilates equipment to help align the spine ‘Pilates Bands, Balls and Rings’

Our classes are 1 hour long and we use music to help relax and improve flow. Things to Remember, Exercise Mats are not supplied, please bring along with you a mat, a small towel and a bottle of water.

Children’s Pilates

Pilates fitness is a great way for kids to enhance physical fitness, promote good posture, spinal flexibility and body awareness. When combined with team building exercises, Pilates develops a child who is confident, aware and sensitive to others, plus our classes are Fun!

Pilates is known to provide a wider variety of benefits that includes weight management, flexibility, coordination, balance, personal body image, concentration, & self – esteem and joint mobility.

Pilates Body Of Excellence are offering after school children’s pilates clubs in the Berkshire and Surrey areas.

1:2:1 and small group Pilates

My Home Studio is located on the outskirts of Ascot and is open 5 days a week offering 1-2-1 & pair up 2-2-1 Personal and Pilates Training.

Programmes are available on request with Myofascial release techniques and Posture Analyse Foam Roller release techniques.

Salsacise Dance

Salsacise is a Latin inspired dance workout for all fitness levels and ages. We have been established for 15 years with all my original clients and new.

We dance away for 30 minutes learning new and current routines, HIIT Training for 10 minutes and tone and strength work with relaxation to finish

Please bring an exercise mat and a drink of water.
